The shipment of your package
Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT with tracking and delivery without signature or TRANSTIR for special deliveries.
The shipment provides for delivery by the courier to the address indicated when ordering, but does not include the transport of the product and its arrangement on the floor.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The handling costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
